Refunds
Refunds will never be provided by yoursurftrip.com nor the surfschool, for surf days missed due to illness, injury, to take a non-scheduled rest day, or because you partake in another activity. When a surf lesson ends early, is moved or cancelled due to weather or surf conditions being unsafe or unviable, this will not be refunded. Instructors will do their best to maximize your time in the water every day.
Alterations and Termination
Surf camps reserve their right to make small alterations to a booking when there is no other option. However, changes would never impact the booking drastically and you will be notified as soon as possible. In order to maintain a fun environment for all, surf camps reserve their right to terminate your stay without a refund in the case of unacceptable behavior, disrespecting other clients, local residents, or staff.
Waiver
Please be advised to have good travel insurance before going on holiday in general. Surf camps do not take responsibility for loss, theft or damage of property during your stay. Surf schools are insured for personal injury and 3rd party injury/damage during surf lessons/activities, but be aware of your actions and consequences when surfing. When surfing outside of the supervised zone and time, you will not be insured by the surf school’s surf-insurance. By joining surf lessons, you acknowledge that surfing has the potential of being a dangerous sport, and that inherent risks are involved. You are responsible for the consequences of your actions.
