We’re here to help you make the most of your holiday. Therefore, if you want or need to make some changes to your booking, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your change might or might not be possible, depending on the availability of the provider. However, we will always help you find the best possible solution.

We ask for a deposit to create a binding agreement between you and the provider. It is a protection for you, so your spot at the accommodation or activity won’t be given to someone else, and a protection for the provider, so they won’t end up with empty spots that could have been filled up. It’s a win-win situation.

Yes. However, depending on when you cancel, the provider might ask you for part of the cost. When and how much should be paid upon cancellation, is stated in the payment and cancellation policy at the bottom of your accommodation’s page.

We value our relationships with our customers and our providers very much. Therefore, in order to make it an easy process for everyone, we have decided to take on our provider’s payment and cancellation policies. Because we work with a number of providers, this might vary between them.

It doesn’t mean you’re not welcome if you’re not an experienced surfer! Some surf camps want to offer you the ultimate surfing experience by surrounding you with like-minded people. Therefore, they only offer accommodation with surfing included. This can be surf lessons or surf guiding/surf safari. But at the end of the day, everyone will come home with a surfing experience to chat about over dinner. 

Of course! We offer accommodation for any age, and surf lessons for anyone 6 years and older. However, if you are under 18, you might need to have an adult with you. Best to send us a quick message and we’ll help you find a holiday that fits you best!

Definitely! There is a variety of possibilities. For example, we offer surf lessons for kids only, where they’re picked up in the morning and dropped off again in the afternoon, so you can go out and (finally) relax during the day. We also offer surf lessons for families, group lessons and private lessons, where you all get to surf together, and create those lasting memories together with your kids.
